This panel will address the current regulatory framework governing the Flexible Accommodation sector in the Community of Madrid, in a context where tourism and new types of accommodation demand greater flexibility and constant updating. With recent changes in regulations to regulate supply, the panel will discuss how these policies impact on competitiveness and balance in the market.
