A strategic alliance between two titans of the sector, Sierra Blanca Estates y Platinum Estatespromises to redefine the concept of a high-end resort in Spain.

This historic collaboration is materialised in the acquisition of a plot of land of 150,000 square metresThe development will be the last large-scale development available in this privileged location. The investment foreseen for the development of this ambitious macro-resort is more than 250 million eurosThis figure underlines the magnitude and long-term vision of the promoters.

The project is designed to be "without parallel in Spain", harmoniously integrating ultra-luxury residential components, elite hotel facilities and a select commercial component. The vision is clear: to create a unique, internationally recognised destination that will attract a high net worth clientele from around the world.

Behind this initiative are two big names. Sierra Blanca Estatesbased in Marbella, is renowned for its specialisation in luxury residential developments that already include iconic projects such as Epic Marbella and Karl Lagerfeld Villas.
