The investment foreseen for the development of this ambitious macro-resort is more than 250 million eurosThis figure underlines the magnitude and long-term vision of the promoters.

The project is designed to be "without parallel in Spain", harmoniously integrating ultra-luxury residential components, elite hotel facilities and a select commercial component. The vision is clear: to create a unique, internationally recognised destination that will attract a high net worth clientele from around the world.

Behind this initiative are two big names. Sierra Blanca Estatesbased in Marbella, is renowned for its specialisation in luxury residential developments that already include iconic projects such as Epic Marbella and Karl Lagerfeld Villas.
