The next major player to land in the city is Copla Living, the chain specialising in luxury urban tourism, which is about to open its doors 55 holiday flats in one of the most unique and central buildings in the capital.

The chosen site is the former Hotel López de Haro, a property that had been closed since the pandemic. This choice underlines Copla Living's strategy of positioning itself in locations where the prime and with character. Although work is nearing completion, anticipation is growing in anticipation of an official opening date.
