This exponential growth has been driven by the recent signing of two new projects in strategic locations, demonstrating Limehome's ability to adapt to the city's different demand profiles. On the one hand, a new development in the Montera Street, a stone's throw from Gran Vía, which will add 30 apartments designed to capture the pulse of leisure and cultural tourism. On the other hand, a project 24 units on Orense street, in the heart of the Azca financial district, focused on satisfying the needs of business and corporate travellers.
