New European Destination for Líbere Hospitality Group: London Gets Flexible Accommodation

Libere Hospitality Group, known for its focus on Flexible Accommodation for short and medium stays, has made an important strategic move by expanding its presence into the UK market. This key move for the company comes with a new asset in London, specifically in the Paddington area. The property, identified as Líbere London Edgware Road, is scheduled to commence operations during June.

The building that houses this new Flexible Accommodation offer has a characteristic Victorian façade and is divided into a ground floor, a mezzanine and six upper floors. It has a total of 44 rooms. These rooms offer different configurations, from singles to triples, designed to suit the needs of different types of guests, including both leisure and business travellers.

The location of the establishment is particularly advantageous. It is within walking distance of important London green spaces such as Hyde Park and Regent's Park. In addition, its proximity to prominent areas such as the West End and Oxford Street makes it a hotspot for tourists and business travellers alike. Connectivity is another strong point, with Edgware Road underground station close by. There is also close access to other relevant stations such as Marble Arch, Lancaster Gate and Paddington itself, which provide additional underground, national rail and Heathrow Express connections. This excellent location and connection offers a unique opportunity for the group.

The entry into the UK market represents a significant achievement and a goal accomplished for Líbere Hospitality Group. It strengthens the group's position in Europe, adding to its previous presence in countries such as Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece. This expansion consolidates Líbere as an operator actively competing in key markets and contributes to the goal of reaching 15 assets and 500 units outside Spain by mid-year, thus reinforcing its international leadership. The group already has plans for future openings in other European capitals such as Rome and Athens, and for further growth in cities where it already operates, such as Pamplona and Seville.

This step demonstrates Líbere's commitment to international growth and its confidence in the Flexible Accommodation model to meet the diverse demands of the contemporary traveller.

The next Vitur events will be held in Madrid, 1 October and in Seville on November 26th, and will once again be the meeting point for operators, investors and companies in the sector to boost their business, establish strategic alliances with the various stakeholders involved and access all the news, trends and opportunities in the sector from leading speakers and companies.
