JV20 and Yurbban launch Cando, a premium 'senior living' operator in La Moraleja, Madrid

The Spanish Flex Living market continues to expand with the recent launch of Cando, a premium 'Senior Living' brand launched by JV20 and Yurbban Hospitality Group. This project, located in the La Moraleja development in Madrid, offers 76 one, two and three-bedroom flats on a plot of more than 20,000 square metres with extensive green areas. The homes, designed in neutral tones and equipped with efficient air conditioning systems, have terraces and outdoor views.

Cando residents will have exclusive services at their disposal, including spa and fitness areas, a cinema room, reading room and an agenda of cultural activities. In addition, they will have the support of the Clínica Universidad de Navarra and medical follow-up services through Teladoc Health, combining wellness monitoring technology with medical specialists in various areas.

This launch reflects the growing demand in Spain for flexible housing solutions adapted to the changing needs of society. Flex Living, which encompasses new temporary housing solutions with services included, has experienced significant growth in the country, increasing from 2,000 to around 10,000 beds from 2020.
