All Iron Reinforces its commitment to Barcelona with the acquisition of a strategic aparthotel for 3.5 million euros

In a market as dynamic and regulated as Barcelona's, strategic opportunities are key. The SOCIMI All Iron, specialising in the acquisition and management of assets Flexible Accommodation, has demonstrated its agility by completing the purchase of a aparthotel in one of the most central areas of the city for 3.5 million.

The asset, located in the Diputació Street, in the heart of the Eixample, boasts eight apartments and was already operating as an aparthotel, which facilitates its integration into All Iron's portfolio. This acquisition is not an isolated move, but part of a well-defined growth strategy. All Iron already owned an asset on the same street, allowing it to generate operational synergies and consolidate its presence in this coveted area of the Catalan capital.

The operation, which was initially formalised in December last year and has now been completed following the fulfilment of agreed conditions, is a testament to All Iron's long-term vision. The SOCIMI focuses on the acquisition of urban properties for use as holiday apartments, aparthotels and short/medium-stay accommodation, a segment that, despite regulatory pressures, continues to show strong demand.

With this new acquisition, All Iron's portfolio comprises 22 assets distributed in ten Spanish cities and in Budapest, totalling 1,564 units. The company's strategy focuses on geographic diversification but with a clear focus on locations prime and assets that offer high potential profitability.

The purchase of this aparthotel in Barcelona is a clear sign of All Iron's confidence in the future of Flexible Accommodation urbano. In a moment of intense market transformation, specialisation, professional management and the ability to identify and acquire strategic assets are key to success, and All Iron continues to demonstrate that it masters these variables.
