Limehome: First Project in Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz

Limehome has inaugurated its first project in Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz. The German tourist flat operator has transformed a historic office building into a new 20 holiday flats at 15 Marqués de Casa-Domecq Street. The property consists of 14 suites for 2-4 persons and 6 one-bedroom flats for 4 persons.

Manuel Zorrilla, head of business development at Limehome Spain, said the project aims to boost the tourism market in Jerez and to be a model of digitalisation for the region.

The next edition Vitur Summit 2026 will take place in Malaga on Thursdays 13 and 14 May and will once again be the meeting point for operators, investors and companies in the sector to boost their business, establish strategic alliances with the different agents involved and gain access to all the latest news, trends and opportunities in the sector from leading speakers and companies.
