Malaga charts its own course: No Immediate Moratorium on Flexible Accommodation, Commitment to Dialogue and Regional Regulation
While other major cities are imposing restrictions, Malaga is taking a cautious stance. The mayor, Paco de la Torre, has ruled out an immediate moratorium on Flexible Accommodation licences, prioritising dialogue with the sector and waiting for a new, broader regulation from the Junta de Andalucía to address the tourist housing boom in the capital.
