Amenitiz Accelerates its Mission: 45 Million Euros to Empower Independent Flexible Hosting

In a hospitality market increasingly dominated by large chains and technology platforms, independence can be a challenge. It is precisely in this context that Amenitiz has found its mission: to provide independent hotels and hotel owners with the Flexible Accommodation the tools they need to compete on a level playing field. And now, that mission has received monumental financial backing: a round of funding from 45 million (Series B), led by prestigious investment firm Eight Roads.

This capital is not just a validation of Amenitiz's business model; it is the fuel for a new phase of accelerated growth. The company, which describes itself as the «Shopify of the hospitality industry», offers a all-in-one operating platform« that drastically simplifies the management of an accommodation business. Its solution integrates essential tools such as a website builder, a booking engine, a channel manager and a property management system (PMS), all in a single, affordable package.

Amenitiz's vision is clear: to free the owners of the Flexible Accommodation from technological complexity and dependence on large online travel agencies (OTAs), allowing them to focus on what they do best: delivering an exceptional guest experience. By facilitating direct bookings and streamlining management, Amenitiz's platform not only saves time, but also improves profitability.

With this new capital injection, Amenitiz plans to:

  • Expand your team: Recruit more than 200 new talents in the coming months.
  • Expand its international presence: Strengthen its position in key European markets.
  • Improve your product: Continue to innovate and add new functionalities to its platform to meet the growing needs of the sector.

The story of Amenitiz, founded in 2018, is a testament to the power of technology to democratise the market. With more than 10,000 properties at 40 countries already using its platform, this round of funding marks the beginning of a new chapter in its mission to empower the Flexible Accommodation independent and redefine the future of hospitality.
