All Iron Expands its Footprint in Seville with a New Flexible Accommodation Complex in the Heart of the City

Seville, one of Spain's tourist and cultural gems, continues to consolidate its position as a key market for the Flexible Accommodation. The socimi All Iron, one of the most dynamic players in the sector, has just inaugurated a new complex of 47 flats in the centrally located Calle de la Florida, a stone's throw from the Santa Cruz district and the Santa Justa train station.

This new asset, which required an investment of 10.6 million, is a clear example of All Iron's strategy: to acquire real estate in locations where prime and transform them into modern Flexible Accommodation for short and medium stays. The property, with an area of over 2,000 square metres, has a variety of flats ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, as well as a rooftop swimming pool, a much appreciated added value in the Seville climate.

The operational management of the complex will be carried out by Libere Hospitality, a benchmark operator in the sector that works closely with All Iron on several of its projects. This alliance ensures professional management and a high quality experience for guests.

With this inauguration, All Iron now totals three assets in Seville, with a total of 117 flats, demonstrating its strong commitment to the Andalusian capital. But its ambition does not stop there. The socimi has future projects in the city on its roadmap, which will bring its Seville portfolio to more than 200 flats.

Globally, All Iron's portfolio continues to grow. With this new property, the company reaches 23 assets in operation, which add up to 1,611 flats distributed in 12 Spanish cities and in Budapest. This sustained growth is a testament to the strength of the All Iron business model and the strong demand that exists for the Alojalo Flexible urban quality.

The next edition Vitur Summit 2026 will take place in Malaga on Thursdays 13 and 14 May and will once again be the meeting point for operators, investors and companies in the sector to boost their business, establish strategic alliances with the different agents involved and gain access to all the latest news, trends and opportunities in the sector from leading speakers and companies.
