The Regional Government of Madrid approves the RESIDE PLAN definitively in the Governing Council today
Madrid begins a new era in the management of its residential and tourist ecosystem. The recently approved RESIDE Plan comes into force with strong measures: it eliminates tourist flats scattered in residential buildings in the centre and establishes new rules for Flexible Accommodation throughout the city, protecting the resident and promoting affordable housing.
