Bilbao, despite its status as a stressed residential area and the restriction on new tourist housing licences, continues to be a magnet for investment in Flexible Accommodation<\/strong> high quality. The next major player to land in the city is Copla Living<\/strong>, the chain specialising in luxury urban tourism, which is about to open its doors 55 holiday flats<\/strong> in one of the most unique and central buildings in the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The chosen site is the former Hotel L\u00f3pez de Haro<\/strong>, a property that had been closed since the pandemic. This choice underlines Copla Living's strategy of positioning itself in locations where the prime<\/em> and with character. Although work is nearing completion, anticipation is growing in anticipation of an official opening date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The national expansion already has names and surnames. After the opening in Bilbao, the company plans to manage a property owned by the bullfighter Miguel B\u00e1ez \u2018El Litri\u2019 next to La Maestranza in Seville<\/strong>, and another in Cordoba<\/strong>, next to the Mosque next year. In 2028, they plan to open in Valencia<\/strong> and are already finalising their settlement in Madrid<\/strong>, after reaching an agreement with the Duke of Alba for the operation of 107 tourist flats in the vicinity of the Liria Palace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
