The socimi&nbsp;<strong>All Iron<\/strong>, one of the most dynamic players in the sector, has just inaugurated a new complex of&nbsp;<strong>47 flats<\/strong>&nbsp;in the centrally located Calle de la Florida, a stone's throw from the Santa Cruz district and the Santa Justa train station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new asset, which required an investment of&nbsp;<strong>10.6 million<\/strong>, is a clear example of All Iron's strategy: to acquire real estate in locations where&nbsp;<em>prime<\/em>&nbsp;and transform them into modern&nbsp;<strong>Flexible Accommodation<\/strong>&nbsp;for short and medium stays. The property, with an area of over 2,000 square metres, has a variety of flats ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, as well as a rooftop swimming pool, a much appreciated added value in the Seville climate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The operational management of the complex will be carried out by&nbsp;<strong>Libere Hospitality<\/strong>, a benchmark operator in the sector that works closely with All Iron on several of its projects. This alliance ensures professional management and a high quality experience for guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this inauguration, All Iron now totals&nbsp;<strong>three assets in Seville<\/strong>, with a total of 117 flats, demonstrating its strong commitment to the Andalusian capital. But its ambition does not stop there. The socimi has future projects in the city on its roadmap, which will bring its Seville portfolio to more than 200 flats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Globally, All Iron's portfolio continues to grow. With this new property, the company reaches&nbsp;<strong>23 assets in operation<\/strong>, which add up to&nbsp;<strong>1,611 flats<\/strong>&nbsp;distributed in 12 Spanish cities and in Budapest.
