The company has approved the&nbsp;<strong>refinancing of 164.3 million euros of debt<\/strong>&nbsp;linked to its hotel portfolio, extending its maturity until&nbsp;<strong>2029<\/strong>. This operation is essential to strengthen its balance sheet, optimise its financial costs and, above all, reduce its exposure to interest rate fluctuations. Maintaining a low leverage ratio (around 35% of its GAV) is a priority, demonstrating prudent management and a long-term growth strategy that ensures resilience in a dynamic market.
