However, as CEO Carlos Villalain explains, the company's main objective is not only growth in turnover, but also in the number of employees. <strong>ensuring the profitability and continuity of the company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Against this backdrop, FeelFree has announced the launch of <strong>FeelFree Stays, your new brand of boutique guesthouses and urban aparthotels<\/strong>. With this new line of business, the company aspires to <strong>enter cities such as Bilbao, Madrid, Valencia and Malaga.<\/strong>FeelFree Rentals, as well as expanding its presence in San Sebastian, where it already has a solid track record under its FeelFree Rentals brand (tourist and temporary rental properties). FeelFree Rentals already has twenty years of experience in the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Villalain stresses that the company seeks to <strong>investors<\/strong> interested in joining FeelFree Stays in the new target cities. In San Sebastian, \"the city we know best\", FeelFree has already taken the first steps with the purchase of a five-room suite guesthouse, its refurbishment in line with the concept of its new brand, the rental of another guesthouse for subsequent refurbishment and the acquisition of a 17-apartment aparthotel where it intends to <strong>replicating its successful model with holiday homes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although he was asked about the possible expansion to other geographical areas such as the islands or the Costa del Sol, Villalain emphasises that currently they are <strong>\"very city-centric\".<\/strong> and are looking to apply their experience with an urban concept of guesthouses or aparthotels. The target audience is travellers looking for day stays, both for holidays and business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FeelFree Stays seeks to differentiate itself in the market, identifying a <strong>niche between the traditional pension concept and hotels with three or more stars.<\/strong>. In order to offer more competitive prices, the new brand will <strong>will eliminate standard hotel services, mainly breakfast and room service.<\/strong>. In the case of aparthotels, the company intends to transfer its FeelFree Rentals experience, looking for <strong>high occupancies and increased profitability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlos Villalain and Juan Ram\u00f3n Vega are the shareholders of FeelFree, and for the time being they wish to maintain this structure. The company has a <strong>average of 45 professionals<\/strong>. In San Sebastian, the company continues to grow thanks to owners who \"want to work with FeelFree, because of the profitability it generates and the care the company takes with the flats\". FeelFree also continues to operate in Baqueira.
