The <em>joint venture<\/em> formed by Grupo Lar, a socimi specialising in real estate development and management, and the Impacto Andaluc\u00eda fund, managed by Arcano, has reached an agreement with The Residential Club to manage a building providing housing solutions for the workers of the <strong>Malaga TechPark<\/strong>the main business centre of the Andalusian city, which is home to <strong>700 companies from 21 countries and more than 25,000 employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project, which is in the final phase of construction, <strong>plans to open its doors this summer<\/strong>. It will become the <strong>first non-permanent housing solution<\/strong> The project is aimed at the employees of this important technology park and has been designed under <strong>ESG standards<\/strong>The aim is to be a sustainable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The building will have <strong>105 accommodations and 186 beds for residential use<\/strong>distributed over five floors and three connected blocks. With a surface area of <strong>7,500 square metres<\/strong>the space will also offer <strong>56 parking spaces<\/strong>in addition to a <strong>swimming pool, bar-cafeteria, laundry, common rooms, a multi-purpose hall, gymnasium, recreation areas, a <em>coworking<\/em><\/strong>The hotel also has a social room with a cinema, an events room and a restaurant area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The management of this property will be carried out by <strong>The Residential Club<\/strong>that with this addition <strong>now has ten residences on the Spanish market<\/strong>. The company focuses on offering <strong>a flexible environment for young professionals seeking work-life balance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Valencia is also on the map of the <em>flex living<\/em> of The Residential Club<\/strong>. The company recently announced its entry into the city with a project of <strong>36 flats on 2,000 square metres<\/strong>with an opening scheduled for <strong>second quarter of 2026<\/strong>. This building, located in Avenida de Arag\u00f3n, close to the Turia riverbed, will be designed for <strong>young professionals<\/strong> and will have more than <strong>400 square metres of common areas<\/strong>including social lounges, social spaces <em>coworking<\/em> and a roof terrace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With these new projects, <strong>The Residential Club consolidates its presence in the Spanish market of <em>flex living<\/em><\/strong>.
